Sealed Tender/Bids affixing non refundable court fee stamp of Rs.8.25(Rupees eight & paise twenty five only) are invited from the manufacturers of authorized dealers/ suppliers for supplying few Industrial Hygiene laboratory and Medical Equipments to the office of the Chief Inspector of Factories, NPS International School Lane, Betkuchi, Lokhra, Guwahati-781040. 

Aspiring Bidder may obtain the “LIST OF EQUIPMENTS” and “TERMS & CONDITIONS” from 01-06-2019 to 10-06-2019 during working hours from the office of the Chief Inspector of Factories, NPS International School Lane, Betkuchi, Lokhra, Guwahati-781040 or may download the same from this office’s https://ciflabour.assam.gov.in

The last date of submission of tender/bid is 3 PM on 10/06/2019 and shall be opened in the office of the undersigned at 03-30 PM on the same day, in presence of the representatives of Bidder/Firm, if they desire so.

In case, it happens to be a Govt. Holiday, bids will be accepted till 3:00 PM of the next working day and will be opened at 3:30 P.M. on the same day.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
